Step 2: Check Your Email

After purchase, you will receive an email containing a PDF file.

If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Step 3: Open the Canva Template Link

Download and open the PDF from your email.

Inside the PDF, you will find a clickable link to your Canva template.

Click the link to access your editable design.

Step 4: Edit in Canva

• Log in to your Canva account (or create a free account if you don’t have one).

• Click “Use Template.”

• Personalize your invitation by editing:

  • Names

  • Wedding date and time

  • Venue details

  • RSVP information

The layout and floral design are already professionally arranged for you.

Step 5: Download Your Final Invitation

When your edits are complete, click Share → Download in Canva.

Download the appropriate format for each version:

• PDF Print (300 DPI) for the 5x7 printable invitation

• PNG or JPG for the 1080x1920 static mobile version

• MP4 Video for the animated version

Step 6: Print or Send Digitally

• Print the 5x7 version at home or with a professional printer.

• Send the static version via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

• Share the animated version digitally with your guests.
